In 2021, I joined Wisboo, a technology and education startup dedicated to enabling digital creators, businesses, institutes, and others to create and sell digital businesses, courses, digital products, downloads, events, and more. Taking on the role of leader of the design department, I faced the challenge of establishing the company's graphic foundations, which until then consisted only of a logo and a primary color. My goal was to thoroughly develop the graphic and conceptual search for the brand. This included creating their brand manual, completely redesigning their website, and subsequently developing it on Webflow.
I started by leading a single designer until it grew into a diverse team of talent that I formed and directed, comprising 4 designers, 2 copywriters, and 2 animators/video editors. Together, we successfully created a coherent and attractive visual identity that has been crucial to Wisboo's growth and success in the competitive digital market.
From senior designer to lead designer of the department
When I joined Wisboo, the company only had a logo and a color palette. My task was to transform these basic elements into a complete and coherent visual identity in line with the growing needs and to guide a team of designers in developing projects with a metric impact, improvements for our users with a human approach, and internal benefits to decrease times in developing parts.

Official Website Redesign
The challenge of redesigning the Wisboo website, the company's main showcase to the world, involved creating +10 detailed pages, covering everything from product and service offerings to team presentation, company, education for users, and events. This project was carried out alongside the marketing team, ensuring optimal positioning and a consistent, attractive user experience.

POV
My time at Wisboo has been profoundly enriching, both professionally and personally. During my tenure with the company, I developed essential skills in team management, honed my project management abilities, and tackled challenges that had a significant impact on the organization.Leading the design department allowed me to establish and solidify a visual identity for Wisboo, from creating a brand manual to implementing a coherent and appealing website. These experiences not only enhanced my technical skills but also taught me the importance of measuring project impact in terms of metrics and workflow improvements.
Moreover, managing initiatives like "The Triumph Sphere," "Learning Day," and others provided me with a deeper understanding of the value of continuous learning and teamwork. These initiatives fostered a collaborative environment, nurturing creativity and constant growth. Regular interaction with colleagues and the opportunity to learn from them helped me grow both professionally and personally.
I learned that when we work together, we are not only more creative and efficient but also find a support network that makes work more rewarding and less solitary. Wisboo not only facilitated my professional growth but also reminded me of the beauty of human connection in the workplace, inspiring me to move forward with a new perspective and a renewed sense of purpose.
